Duties:

  • Accounts Payable Analysts will reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Assist in management of the supplier master.
  • Support Help Desk in resolution of supplier queries.
  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, record entries.
  • Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions and Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Interacts with Suppliers when changes or verifications are needed. Review payment details, manage vendor information, and respond to customer queries.

The successful candidate will perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of the Vice President and General Manager and his team.
 
Typical duties may include the following:

Working in an agile, responsive manner, the content strategist will carry out various communication, copy editing, intranet, social media, coordination, and marketing tasks to support the goals of client. Working in collaboration with the Design, Delivery, and Operations teams, will develop communication plans, execute campaigns, and function as a copy editor for learning-related materials and communications. Qualifications

  • Relocate most frequently access Runbooks to new Runbooks location.
  • Establish Confluences pages to store Operations information for each Technical Operations team.
  • Assist with building articles for the Service-Now Knowledge Base
  • Assist Technical Operations Documentation Manager with responding to and fulfilling Service-Now requests.
  • Assist Technical Operations Documentation Manager with documentation reviews.
  • Generate and distribute communications under the responsibility of the Technical Operations Documentation Team
