How We Use AI

We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist our recruiters in identifying candidates who may be qualified for open roles. These tools analyze job descriptions and compare them with candidate information to help prioritize potential matches.

If candidates provide consent to receive automated voice calls, an AI-assisted screening agent may contact them to conduct an initial screening conversation. This screening may confirm basic information such as skills, experience, salary expectations, availability, and interest in the role.

AI tools assist our recruiters by helping organize and prioritize candidate information. AI systems do not make hiring decisions. All decisions about whether to advance a candidate or submit a candidate to a client are made by human recruiters.

Because we often receive significantly more applications than available positions, not all qualified candidates can move forward in the hiring process.

Candidates who prefer not to interact with an AI screening tool or who require an accommodation may request to work directly with a human recruiter by contacting the operations team at recruitingops@aditiconsulting.com. 

Data Considered by AI Screening Tools

The information used by AI screening tools may include:

  • Job description information such as required skills, experience, location, and salary range
  • Resume or application information, including education, work history, location, and professional skills
  • Information voluntarily provided during screening conversations, such as availability to start work, work location preferences, and salary expectations

Our screening tools analyze information provided by candidates and job descriptions to help identify potential matches.

The system does not use facial recognition, biometric data, or demographic characteristics such as race, gender, or age to evaluate candidates.

How We Monitor for Errors

We periodically review a representative sample of AI-assisted screening outcomes to confirm the system is functioning as intended and that screening recommendations are consistent with those that would be made by trained human recruiters.

If we identify discrepancies or errors, we work with our technology partners to correct the issue and may re-engage affected candidates with a human recruiter.
