Our Story

Founded in 1994 by Microsoft veteran Pradeep Singh, Aditi’s story began with Microsoft support services and end-to-end product development. Over time, its capabilities expanded across technology products, talent solutions, and digital engineering. The 2023 acquisition of Resolvit strengthened Aditi’s presence across the United States and Latin America. Today, Aditi brings this experience together as The Outcome Engineering Partner.
