Arbind brings extensive industry experience and success in partnering with Fortune 500 brands to help grow their talent management business. A thought leader and successful professional with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Arbind has over 16 years of experience in the staffing industry working with clients from varied verticals. Proficient in handling diverse recruitment models at a global scale, he previously worked at Allegis, where he managed large and diverse teams. Arbind, with his unique ability to lead comprehensive recruiting strategies, will be responsible for ramping up Aditi’s team strength, clients, policies, and processes.
