• The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) is seeking smart, creative, and self-motivated professionals passionate about helping others for a contract position on our education team. The Teacher Support Specialist will work on a team focused on delivering high-quality, empathetic, and delightful experiences for educators, parents, and students using our platform.

• CZI has partnered closely with Summit Public Schools to develop the Summit Learning Platform.

• The platform is developed for middle and high school (grades 6 through 12) and allows teachers to meet the unique needs of every individual student, to ensure every child is set up for college and career success, both academically, and with the life and social skills they need.

• Become a Summit Learning Platform product expert Respond to user reports and requests quickly and with care Troubleshoot problems with users
• Educate users on how to use the Summit Learning Platform Support educators through the Summit Learning enrollment and setup process Partner with engineering to fix technical problems
• Track trends in user requests over time and communicate these trends to the greater team Advocate for a high quality user experience
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the user experience
