Job Title: Team Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
The team administrator's primary responsibility will be scheduling and coordination for all Directors (including future hires like Molly) on the Engagement team. If s/he has any additional bandwidth, there are opportunities to assist with other projects.

Skills:
• Preferably 2 years in a fast paced and/or high performing team.
• Experience in travel and scheduling with some project management (or in the vein of).
• s/he must be able to prioritize incoming information and requests, and organize logistics both in advance and with last minute changes.
• Acts as a liaison and representative for the Engagement team and must have strong communication skills and be collaborative as s/he will be working with internal and external constituents.
