Job Description:
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the Product Owner and Development Team
• Participates in Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand up meetings, sprint backlog grooming, sprint retrospection.
• Follows Agile/Scrum processes are implemented correctly.
• Identify, track and help remove impediments
• Project and manage risk.
• Communicate relevant information and project status.
• Track action items and records management.
• Work with others to develop, improve, and standardize project-related processes.
• Support cross-departmental and cross-divisional activities as related to projects.
• Recognize and escalate issues potentially requiring upper management awareness and input.
Decision Making:
• Validates the project progress performed by team per client guidelines, standards and procedures.
• Provides recommendations to client services director to improve processes and quality of work.
Working Relationships:
• Project Managers – Close collaboration providing support and project deliverables to client.
• Client Services Director – Reports on routine and exceptional progress of the project.
• Team Leaders – Coordinates daily functions.
• Developers – Manages support and project deliverables and ensures compliance.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Team Leaders as needed by project.
Education And/Or Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, business or related field and 5-7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Required skills/competencies:
• Hands on experience in developing applications using Microsoft (.Net) web frameworks and web services.
• Understanding of MVC design patterns.
• Hands on experience in developing applications using front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experienced in using various design patterns to create reusable, maintainable, scalable, available web applications and web services.
• Experienced in handling user authentication and authorization.
• Candidate should have excellent experience in handling Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Performance Testing.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Candidate should be able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Candidate should be able to debug applications and data.
Candidate should be able to consume web services written in both SOAP and RESTful formats.
