Job Description

• We are reaching out to 10s of thousands of senior researchers about a CZI product/service over the next few months using highly personalized email campaign.
• Those who respond and agree to participate need to be responded to in a personalized and professional way and shepherded through the process.
• Promptly and professionally respond via email to senior scientific researchers and educators who agree to participate in Meta's beta program.
• Read & triage responses. Select and use response templates and mail merging when possible.
• Escalate unexpected questions to internal subject matter experts.
• Transcribe emails, contact info, and responses from email to contact management systems or spreadsheets for tracking.
Skills:
• Proficiency with Excel & google Sheets (manipulating contact information) Proficiency with Mailchimp or YAMM or other campaign/mail merge tools Extremely strong written (English) skills to write professional emails to distinguished academics Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus Detail oriented and works with urgency.
• Education: BA/BS degree preferred
