Job Description
• Maintain and organize SVB Capital’s investment correspondence received through email, regular mail and fax.
• Maintain and organize SVB Capital Finance Docs email box.
• Scan and save investment related documents in appropriate folders on the network Administrative support for Stock Plan Administration and some administrative support for 4 other managers in the Finance Department.
• Assist in cleaning up the eProject database so that it can be used more efficiently.
• General reception duties include: Answer and direct calls, greet and direct visitors, process mail and UPS packages including urgent correspondence, order and put away office and kitchen supplies, maintain a well-stocked kitchen, point of contact for courier requests
• Facilities duties include: Point of contact for maintenance and security, maintenance of all office equipment including copiers, fax machines, A/V, phones, and other general IT related items, space planning and new hire set up, Business Continuity Management planning
• General Administrative duties include: Travel, expenses and administrative support, visitor contact person, maintain and update the filing, catering orders, meeting coordination, point of contact for company-wide initiatives, process invoices, manage subscriptions, industry event registrations and business development support in conjunction with our Sales Associate, order and maintain marketing materials, preparation of pitch books and presentations, entering business cards, maintain and update CRM system, projects as assigned
