Job title: Project Specialist - Entry Level
Location: San Diego, US

Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for planning, execution, performance and reporting of programmatic display and video campaigns
• Facilitate ongoing collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders throughout campaign process: brief, creative, launch, optimization, results & key learnings
• Responsible for developing comprehensive campaign briefs, ensuring the campaign stays true to the strategy throughout the lifecycle
• Collect audience data, consumer insights & activation details as well as past campaign learnings and best practices to augment briefs
• Manage planning and hands-on execution of programmatic media, including CRM data onboarding, tagging, campaign set-up, execution, testing, and results presentation
• Monitor media for pacing, delivery, placement, and flight date discrepancies and negotiates credit or billing adjustments when necessary
• Create or direct post-campaign wrap reports that highlight successes and learnings
• Budget management including: allocation of monthly budgets, processing of insertion orders, oversight of billing and financial reconciliation on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Constantly monitor industry trends and competitive activity to ensure we stay at the forefront and can apply innovative thinking to our own campaigns
• Continually push for innovation from agencies focusing on emerging technology, new creative formats and beta opportunities

Knowledge and Skills:
• At least 4+ years in a hands-on role managing programmatic campaigns at an agency, marketer, or DSP
• Strong grasp of the overall digital marketing ecosystem and the role that programmatic plays within
• Experience with DMPs, data onboarding and audience management a plus
• Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects
• Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Must possess strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required
• Willingness to travel 5%
