Job title: Project Specialist 1/Graphic Designer
Location: San Diego, US

Responsibilities:
• Organize and drive the internal digital communication publication calendar
• Implement content plans that create interest and build awareness of the business, products, and employee engagement activities
• Draft and publish weekly internal newsletter
• Upload articles, images and videos to SharePoint and mobile app.
• Manage and update distribution lists through Outlook and other programs. Support events onsite as needed.

Competencies:
• Strong copywriting and visual communications
• The ability to humanize corporate lingo and de-geek technology stories.
• Balance a high level of creativity and attention to detail with the ability to execute and manage multiple projects.
• Proven capability to work on your own initiatives, be self-motivated, and meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.

Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or Journalism
• 1 – 2 years of graphic design/project management experience
