• Develop and manage all components of paid search campaigns including campaign setup, budget and performance management, reporting & troubleshooting issues.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance to identify, prioritize and execute on opportunities for improvement in marketing effectiveness
• Clearly report results, key learnings from campaigns and propose recommendations based on analytical observations
• Drive strategic projects to improve business efficiencies
• Work independently and across the organization collaborating with marketing, analytics, product and finance teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and data accuracy
• Candidates should be curious in nature and like to dig into data to identify insights
• Experience with large scale data analysis and comfort with SQL, Teradata or similar. Python is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel (pivots, formulas, charts, Vlookups). PLEASE ADMINISTER EXCEL TEST prior to submitting candidates.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to become an effective member of a cross-functional team
• 2+ years of work experience required, Internet Marketing experience a plus
• Google AdWords Certification a plus
