Job Description:
The Senior Benefits Analyst will assist with the day to day activities of the US 401k and retirement plans. This role will also work closely with the Retirement Team to ensure that Client’s retirement plans are compliant and administered consistently. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of retirement plan design, administration and compliance.
This individual will collaborate closely with other members of the benefits team and will have the opportunity to interact with the HR Shared Services Team.

• Collecting documentation, preparing and fulfilling retirement calculation requests
• Reviewing completed retirement paperwork and interacting with current and former employees around the distribution process
• Supporting annual audits and government filings such as Form 5500s and SAR distribution
• Drafting communications, education and retirement web content
• Assisting HR Shared Service members with answering employee questions and providing one on one sessions with employees who are considering retirement
• Working on special retirement projects such as researching and reconciling data issues
• Assisting with records retention and management
This person must be independent, detail-oriented, excel in a fast-paced working environment and an effective team player.

• Prefer fast-paced working environment
• Some knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA law knowledge, and general benefits a plus
• BA/BS degree, equivalent preferred
