Responsibilities:
  • Drive development and alignment of quarterly marketing planning process and schedule
  • Lead weekly cross functional team meetings to report on progress against plans
  • Maintain overall marketing calendar and roadmap in partnership with Brand, Integrated Marketing and Channels
  • Regularly track and report on execution of marketing campaigns
  • Promptly escalate critical blockers and issues to marketing leadership
  • Work with marketing teams to drive adoption of marketing tools and technologies and develop product requirements and prioritization for development teams to enhance marketing systems
  • Work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to do all of the above
Qualification:
  • BS degree or equivalent from top university
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing/brand management/project management at a consumer products company
  • Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
  • A team player, comfortable with ambiguity and deadline pressures
  • Outstanding communication skills; both oral and written
  • Proven experience working on large scale project management
  • Deep experience with project management tools for marketing teams across initiatives
  • Successful collaborator across teams and organizations
  • Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and offshore teams
