What you'll be doing:
• You'll be initially working on taking an internal prototype and making it production ready - simplifying and improving. The development will vary from .Net/C# to Python - whatever it takes to accomplish the goals.
• Helping to define and develop user experiences that delight the customer
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• You should be comfortable with mentoring other software engineers in best practices and in leading technical/architectural discussions

Skill set:
• You will possess a solid understanding of .NET/C#, OOP, database design principles and server-side development
• Experience with Python, C++, Javascript/NodeJS development are desired
• Ideal candidate will have experience with building out RESTful services in AWS leveraging things like CloudFront, WAF, API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, EC2, and DynamoDB. This includes understanding AWS best practices in securing and monitoring infrastructure
• You will ideally have experience with the unit testing of code

Other :
• 5+ years of solid industry experience with a breadth of programming language coverage
• Experience working in audio/video processing is nice to have
• Experience working in a team doing machine learning activities is nice to have
• Prior mentoring experience is highly desired
• Excellent communicator who is passionate about quality, testability, extensibility, and simple design
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment is helpful
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent

• Experience with Jenkins is very helpful
• Experience with Git/GitHub and managing code on multiple branches is expected
