Job Description:
Partners with the hiring manager and HRBP to assess and understand the staffing needs of each client and business. Develops and executes recruiting strategy. Sources, screens, and develops networks of people to support a strong candidate pipeline. Interviews candidates, provides guidance on hiring decisions, offer components and closing. Maintains effective and proactive communication to keep all stakeholders informed and influences the search process with a strong consultative approach. Promotes the company image, culture and benefits.

Responsibilities:
Recruits for a variety of positions, predominant focus is on exempt Engineering positions such as SDET, Cloud/Dev Ops, Java & .Net Engineers,

Required Skills:
Requires solid knowledge and experience in recruiting processes and practices in a Corporate Technology and/or Engineering environments required.. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. Demonstrates judgment within guidelines and builds productive working relationships. Good foundational negotiating and consulting skills.

Education/Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.
