Job Description:
  • Client is looking for an experienced professional to support our Deal Desk team, which manages the structuring and vetting of FB’s advertising partnerships. In this role, you will work with teams from Global Sales, Partnerships, Marketing Science, as well as other cross-functional groups such as Product Marketing, HR, Finance, BI/IT and Legal.
  • Their specific responsiblities will include the following:
  • Evaluate, structure and guide deal proposals and drive efficient processes for teams to negotiate successful joint business plans, partnership frameworks and media agreements
  • Develop business frameworks, offer guidance on deal structures, provide analytical support and develop processes to track deal progress
  • Developing strategy and implementation plans related to Anthology and sponsorships
  • Provide business analytics (market/industry/competitive trends) to help drive initiatives critical to growth and support decision making
  • Design, roll-out and manage tools to track deal performance and best practices
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to get work done, driving recommendations through to implementation
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company
  • Developing strategy and implementation plans related to Anthology and sponsorships
  • 8+ years of work experience in one or more of the following: structuring transactions in a business development or corporate development role, purchasing or negotiating media buys, strategy or operations projects in media at a consulting firm/corporate strategy team/operations team, or 6+ years of work experience with MBA/Master's degree
  • Excel skills
  • Analytical, presentation and communication skills and ability to influence across various levels of management
  • Problem solving and analysis skills, including the ability to solve business problems (commercial, operational, financial)
  • Experience defining workflows, identifying and implementing operational processes to streamline the partnership structuring process
