This team assistant will be supporting a large engineering group spread out globally to manage managers daily calendar including the coordination of internal and external meetings/conference calls, departmental off-sites and industry conferences/events. Support the teams in organizing files, reports, and processes. Help in catering or coordinate team lunches, birthdays, and showers.
Must have
Experience in MS Office Suite.
Organizational and general office tasks.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to change priorities regularly.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively and great communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively to achieve and maintain positive working relationships.
Solid experience with Outlook and calendaring
Good to have
Previous SAP experience or experience with Fieldglass or technical acumen.
Experience with travel tool is good to have
Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator in a Tech hi-paced company will be a good call out.
Should know how to multi-talk and prioritize.
Should take initiative to work independently
Interview: Phone Screen followed by Onsite.
Work Schedule – 8-5 (8 hours a day/ 40 hour a week).
