Job Description:
The Infra Data Centers Culture & Communications team is dedicated to supporting a values-driven, engaged global community through consistent communication, cohesive onboarding, and comprehensive growth initiatives. We're looking for a graphic designer who enjoys collaborating in a team environment to support various initiatives, including internal presentations, team wikis, IDC branding efforts, and ad hoc special projects. This position will work directly with our team leads and cross-functional partners to create compelling and visually stimulating materials that effectively communicate complex ideas and reinforce our IDC Values.

In this role, you will:
  • Create compelling and visually stimulating artifacts that effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Work closely in a team environment with another designer, the Communications & Content Strategist Lead, and the Marketing & Branding Lead.
  • Understand presentation design nuances and principles (specifically, how to tell a story) and partner closely with non-design partners and presentation speakers.
  • Create consistent layouts with strong attention to detail.
  • Manage project communications and workflow.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and in creating custom animations.
  • Ideal candidates will also have experience in web design and video editing.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere. Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes.
  • Possess an appreciation for clean and impactful aesthetic. Specifically, hierarchy, typography, color pairing, and layout.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various personality types and work with non-design partners.
  • Ability to provide solutions and collaborate with partners in a positive manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and self-starter personality with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
