Specialist Responsibilities:
Public Relations and Analyst Relations
• Draft and edit communications such as press releases & blog posts and participate in creative brainstorms as needed.
• Develop briefing documents for executives for AR and PR interviews and host preparatory calls
• Draft executive responses for written Q&A opportunities
• Staff press interviews
• Track press coverage and maintain internal press updates
• Host weekly PR calls with *** corporate and maintain pipeline
• Lead quarterly Investor Relations Reporting
• Monitor industry news and competitor news
• Proof and fact check with analyst firms & print publications
• Working with the social media team, create social posts for top coverage hits and press releases
• Provide coverage recap reports for press activities

  • Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Independent judgment and initiative, yet strong team player
  • B2B technology experience a plus
  • Ability to transition easily between the creative and analytical sides of marketing
  • Superior copywriting, editing and proofing skills (must provide writing samples)
  • Excellent planning/organization skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You thrive on developing new ideas and solutions, and you’re excited to roll up your sleeves and execute on them
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, public relations, English, or journalism
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar field (3-5 years ideal)
  • Demonstrate strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • JIRA experience is an asset
  • Ability to produce accurate and high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in the adtech or digital marketing industry is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
