• Develop and execute customer-driven, end-to-end marketing strategies and programs to increase customer demand and meet pipeline goals throughout the funnel.
  • Work closely with the ABM campaigns lead, ABM CoE and RCG marketing team to align programs
  • Improve and apply processes and best practices to ensure program success, measure outcomes and manage budgets to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gain input into the program strategy, campaign approach, creative direction and impact measurement (goals/performance).
  • Have the capability to orchestrate, negotiate, prioritize and manage project deliverables with other members of the marketing organization as needed.
  • Work with industry leaders, sales teams, senior sales and executive stakeholders and colleagues within the marketing team to research, develop and execute strategic Account Based Marketing plans for a selected set of accounts focused on meeting pipeline goals, increasing engagement, and building relationships in alignment with sales priorities
  • Work with the content and creative teams to create a unique account based deliverables that will differentiate, resonate with the audience and generate engagement
  • Drive organizational profiling, demand generation, consideration and awareness tactics across the funnel for the account set leveraging an effective mix of tactics
  • Create a long term set of programs that are tailored to a tiered set of target customers, adapting and refining the programs as required based on data-driven decisions to determine best outcome
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 3+ years B2B marketing experience in a campaign or marketing manager capacity
  • 3+ years’ experience managing and developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, pipeline and brand preference (i.e. email, digital, direct mail, print, events and social media)
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and managing campaigns throughout the pipeline funnel across web, social, email, as well as in-person events and other activities.
  • A highly professional and collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • 3-5 year’s experience managing marketing budgets, allocating & optimizing spend across tactics and experience with forecasting results and driving quantifiable ROI
  • Strong background in developing and executing persona-focused and/or industry-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills using storytelling.
  • Attacks everything with drive and energy with an eye on both the bottom line and customer success.
  • Works well under pressure or in a high growth environment that is constantly changing
  • Track record for managing multiple initiatives and delivering under tight deadlines
  • Analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail and strong project management skill
