Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer the telephone switchboard in a professional, timely, and pleasant manner, providing information and directing callers appropriately.
• Meet, greet and direct customers and visitors with courtesy, respect and professionalism.
• Register guests for admittance to the building. Follow up to ensure visitor is checked out and badges are returned.
• Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk and lobby area.
• Organize and schedule meetings and conferences (i.e., schedules attendees, conference rooms, catering and clean-up services).
• Organize and maintain all front desk files.
• Assist in the coordination of office needs, project and events. Ad hoc responsibilities.
• Work independently with only general guidance on a variety of special projects.
• Must be flexible with schedule and work overtime as required to support various operations
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Stable work history with front desk or administrative experience in a corporate environment.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with internal / external customers in a positive
and professional manner.
• Exhibits superior written, verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English and be able to communicate clearly.
• Excellent clerical and typing skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), etc.
• Ability to be self-motivated, process oriented, and customer focused.
• Ability to exercise good discretion and judgment when solving issues and / or handling information of a sensitive or confidential nature.
• Positive attitude; team player/ willingness to participate in “task teams” to get projects accomplished.
• Strong interpersonal skills / ability to be proactive.
• Anticipates challenges and key deliverable well in advance of deadlines; adept at forecasting needs and plans workload and calendar accordingly; performs tasks with a sense of urgency and consistently meets deadlines.
• Ability to follow up on projects and assignments to forecast and communicate timely deadlines.

• Able to handle confidential and highly sensitive material appropriately.
