Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage procedural documentation, process maps, workflow analyses, and content for training materials
• Implement routine process changes to improve organizational performance and operations
• Drive creation of content through research and discussions with process owners, cross- functional teams, and subject matter experts
• Track and manage multiple projects and their activities including statuses, timelines, budgets, action items, and other relevant documents with greater autonomy
• Navigate projects amidst ambiguous situations and changing priorities
• Aggregate information from various stakeholders and summarize coherently
• Develop analytical team deliverables with managerial guidance
• Manage and develop relationships with diverse stakeholders to support cross-functional collaboration
• Think strategically to ensure business objectives are met over the long term; provide input to stakeholders on strategic decisions that affect the Program(s) in the Accounting Portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Accounting and/or Finance Background
• 3-5 years of relative experience managing and supporting projects in a program manager role

• Competency with project management: developing schedules and resource plans, issue/ risk identification and management, tracking dependencies/ milestones, communication of overall project status
• Expertise in MS suite of applications (e.g. PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills and work habits; strong attention to detail
• Driven to complete activities on time and draw issues to closure in a timely manner
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment; demonstrate flexibility in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• ERP (Oracle preferred) knowledge
• Knowledgeable of operational processes (e.g. P2P, R2R, etc.)
• Understanding of tax, treasury, transfer pricing, costing accounting principles.
• Strong collaboration skills working in a matrix organization.
• Previous experience in consulting firm(s) is also welcome.
• Operational finance or other business/operating experience
• Change Management Experience
• Business Process Mapping Experience
• Agile Methodology Experience

• Experience at a top-tier accounting or consulting firm
• Experience in technology and/or digital companies is valued.
