Job Responsibilities:
• Expert adviser on organic traffic flows across audiences and segments and how to use digital tools like organic sources to influence organic traffic flows
• Report SEO results in meaningful ways as both contributing to business goals as well as overall Search goals and best practices
• Evangelize the business value of SEO and its contributions to business goals, customer satisfaction, and brand authority
• Use data and research to uncover and evangelize areas of content and technical optimizations, as well as new ground to concur.
• SEO SME for big-moment campaigns, site migrations, and new platform & architecture development.
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal, quantitative and/or qualitative data into recommendations and future action plans.
• Manage relationships across variety of organizational group, from creative to development, that have organic search touchpoints
• Ability to integrate organic search experience with other marketing & advertising channels, such as paid search and social, for a view on total search footprint and performance
• Serve as a subject matter expert by maintaining a pulse on the latest issues, developments, and trends in SEO

Job Requirements:
• 7+ years' experience in fast-paced, high-volume organization.
• 5+ years proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion for large scale e-commerce or content marketing sites.
• A demonstrated track record of increasing rankings, traffic, and revenue while managing and executing SEO strategies and tactics
• Strong business acumen with enterprise executives
• Ability to manage multiple projects in highly-matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities
• Fluent in technical SEO, in areas such as schema markup, JavaScript, and Angular
• Strong Analytical skills to measure, manage, analyses and report on KPIs. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Site Catalyst, SEO Clarity, GSC, Screaming Frog, Bright Edge and/or other similar data and SEO data platforms
• Intermediate knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, Botify, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge page construction and development, as well as understanding of dynamic shifts in external platforms such as Google organic, social media and local search
• Advanced knowledge of social media including YouTube, Client, Twitter, Wikis, blogs, and their impact and alignment with organic
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field of Search Engine marketing. MBA a plus
