Position Overview:
This Senior IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for analysis and coordination as it relates to migration to Microsoft O365 for a global enterprise.
This position will be responsible for requirements gathering, systems analysis, and documentation while working as part of an Agile Scrum team to support customer expectations, scope/risk management and coordination with global and regional teams.
The ideal candidate has had previous experience working in an O365 rollout project which includes MS Services: Outlook, Intune, Office Pro Plus, One Drive, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and other services
Must have exceptional business, technical, analytical, organizational and communication skills. Be a self-starter and a quick learner.
Success requires a hands-on technical background, but also the ability to work strategically with the applications teams and stakeholders to propose solutions and process improvements that take into consideration strategic business goals and objectives.

Principle Responsibilities:
  • Interact with users and stakeholders to understand the global product vision. Lead meetings with users and leadership as needed.
  • Project documentation. Be able to organization and display information as it relates to the global O365 migration project for various levels of stakeholder groups. This includes technical vs non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track decisions and changes to project scope so it is easily disseminated to the scrum team
  • Create as-is and to-be process diagrams related to all work streams.
  • Create requirement documents and/or stories, systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to team members. Work with users & PO to help prioritize requirements based on inputs.
  • Identify and analyze user impact as it relates to changes to user's current way of working.
  • Communicate potential improvements, gaps or impacts from proposed changes based on previous O365 experience and make recommendations
  • Assist with planning and deployment of various MS Services including Outlook, Intune, Office Pro Plus, One Drive, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and other services as identified.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools Jira & Confluence required.
  • Work closely with governing body, vendor, testers and stakeholders across multiple regional and global locations to identify solutions, ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
  • Support testing efforts as part of a phased migration.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager, Product Owner and O365 teams in migration activities and coordinate other tasks/efforts as needed. Manage migration process of users during migration ramp up
  • Assist in the creation of governance-related materials (policies, procedures, standards, best practices, roles & responsibilities) as required.
  • Assist in establishing KPIs that will help us measure adoption and success.
  • May include facilitation of change management, communications, promotional materials, training materials, and training to end users.
  • Adhere to all Sony Interactive Entertainment Information Security policies
  • As the role is global, a flexible approach to working hours to support global business operations is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related discipline
  • 4+ years' experience supporting corporate applications in a business solutions/analyst/developer role
  • Previous experience working in an O365 rollout project is desired. Must have good understanding of O365 functionality, configuration and maintenance.
  • Experience in the deployment of various MS Services including Outlook, Intune, Office Pro Plus, One Drive, SharePoint Online, MS Teams is required.
  • Experience using productivity tools Jira & Confluence is required.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills is required.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is preferred
  • Hands on administrative experience working with corporate SaaS or PaaS solutions a plus
  • Ability to foster a positive and constructive relationship with internal business partners as well as software developers, management and IT personnel in onshore/offshore teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Strong organizational, administrative, presentation and analytical skills required.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for business analysis, project management and technical writing. PMI, SAFe, Agile methodologies a plus
  • Proven analytical skills to identify and solve problems. Capable of analyzing and evaluating requirements and making solution recommendations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel a plus
