• Collaborate with IT, Channel, Trading, Operations, Sales, FX Product and other stakeholders to deliver, implement and maintain an exceptional FX product offering
  • Help identify product and production issues quickly, escalate and bring to closure, with a critical focus on client experience
  • Proactively manage product risks and drive programs to reduce risks in partnership with the Business Risk, Fraud and Compliance teams
  • Structure, manage and present reporting and updates to management
  • Develop relationships with external service providers and vendors
  • Keep on top of changes in the industry, monitor competitive trends and other impacts on the product
  • Support the FX Expansion roadmap, helping with the production of business cases and other artifacts and driving support for new product initiatives
  • Work with relevant teams to produce and deliver internal training and marketing materials and communications as appropriate

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in FX product management and/or FX Operations/Trading
  • Working knowledge of FX Technology – Client facing platforms, back end trading solutions, FX aggregator platforms, payment hubs and core FX/banking systems
  • Holistic understanding of a trade/payment life cycle from onboarding to execution, confirmation, settlement & investigations
  • Knowledge of Swift, DLT and domestic settlement systems/rails
  • Understanding of control, risk and governance frameworks
  • Talent for communication of complex business topics
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude are a must
  • Collaborative team player and capable of building relationships with key business partners
