Description:
  • 7+ years relevant experience required.
  • Define the system customer user experience; identify & document customer & business requirements to guide teams on procurement management.
  • Manage vendor and contract status, updates and metrics on projects and vendors.
  • Create business case documents (including incremental benefit/cost analysis) for SOWs and compliance reviews.
  • Manage processing request across the entire life cycle.
  • Conduct focus groups to define process and system improvements, leading to improved market competitiveness and margin of profitability Other duties as assigned by management.
