MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Digital experience, digital marketing and digital product management either in a business, agency or consulting organization.
- Experience in creating and executing effective programs that drive sales, performance lift, traffic and engagement sales.
- 3+ years of digital optimization and A/B testing experience
- Strong understanding of experiment design and statistics
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, including Target, Audience Manager and Analytics
- Strong QA skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or six or more years of work experience.
