Responsibilities:
Create and manage a comprehensive work-back schedule for all assigned
programs. Manage delegations and dependencies and ensure deadlines are
met.
Program Registration oversight including requirements, compliance, system
design approval, and regular registration report distribution
Liaise with and Oculus Security to prioritize show safety and
security
5+ years marketing program management experience; 2+ years managing b2b and b2c marketing programs and event activations
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, ruthless prioritization, and multi-tasking
Self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong computer software skills, including MS Office, Keynote, Quip, online
registration and content management systems
BA or equivalent combination of education and experience
Passion for VR and familiarity with gaming or digital entertainment
Availability and willingness to travel
