Lead the setup and execution of successful advertising campaigns for Partner campaigns
Assist SPMs & Agencies with marketing/education, campaign management, reporting and technical support for both the Video & Games Partnerships teams
Own all aspects of trafficking, campaign optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting, with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to improve the support of our Watch & Gaming partners.
Working alongside internal teams, investigate and resolve issues reported on, Instagram, and Oculus such as requests for account and product support
Work directly with emerging video gaming content creators, providing support for new features, helping to optimize performance contextualize product feedback from partners
Offer high-touch solutions based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs, proactively advocating for partners and pushing issues toward resolution
Maintain a deep understanding of the video and gaming landscape, gaming content creators, video game publishers and developers, digital publishers, and broadcast networks

Avid and Instagram user, and knowledge of both products as a user and partner
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Strong operational prowess with experience in project management and process improvement
Self-starter, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
