Essential Functions:
Assisting the GMP Compliance Trainer with developing a training program within procedures and policies related to pharmaceutical packaging and distribution processes.
Assisting the Manager, Training with development of training curricula.
Analyzing and assessing current training processes and sharing ideas for improvement.
Supporting and creating the development of training aids, checklists, and slide presentation.
Utilizing data (deviations) to identify and improve training curriculum.
Displaying advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Education or Equivalent: High School Diploma or equivalent education required.

Experience:
Should have a minimum of 1-2 years of office environment preferred.
Experience with ComplianceWire or similar complex LMS system (SAP, etc.) is required.
Excellent computer skills required. Experience using databases and running reports is required.
GMP and Pharma experience are a plus, but not required. Experience with formal documentation practice is a strong plus.
Experience delivering training is a plus, but not required.

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
Good analytical skills required.
Possess and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, including grammar.
Ability to cross reference multiple systems and documents to produce a quality single source product.
Well organized, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Self-motivated, works well under pressure and able to prioritize work to meet fast turnaround times.
