Required skills
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience. · 3+ years of hands-on sourcing and passive technical candidate generation for engineering organizations. · Knowledge of Boolean search and a variety of engineering sourcing techniques. · Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple reqs, projects and client relationships. · Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives. · Experience working with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets. · A demonstrated track record of delivering quality candidates at scale.

Preferred skills
· Hands-on application of advanced sourcing techniques such as API / URL manipulation, data scraping, plug-in stacking, etc. · Sourcing-related expertise in OO languages, mobile apps, distributed systems, and machine learning concepts. ·Experience automating, scripting, or coding in any language. · The ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies, conduct talent mapping, and deliver competitive research / market intelligence. · A demonstrated ability to source without LinkedIn or a command of industry-standard OSINT methodologies
