Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant analytical experience in banking, financial institutions, technology or consulting firms.
• Excellent business writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Office; proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, and macros.
• Experience with Tableau and ServiceNow (Remedy, or other comparable ticketing system)
• Quick learner and demonstrated ability of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work products.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills. Ability to organize material, analyze a wide variety of facts and develop appropriate recommendations.
• Understanding of project management techniques and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Partner and collaborate with cross-organizational functions to deliver on objectives

Preferred Qualifications
• 8 years of analytical experience in banking, financial institutions, technology or consulting firms
• ITIL Certification and working in an IT Operations team
• Basic understanding of IT Network and Computing infrastructure.
• Previous experience using Clarity PPM, JIRA, or a similar project management tool is a plus.

Essential Functions

• Build and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets with potential for creation of metrics dashboards using Tableau.
• Working across O&I teams to maintain accurate source data of LDoS equipment
• Automate, streamline, and improve data related processes.
• Generating information and insights from data.
• Plan, coordinate and execute on upgrade of LDoS equipment
• Drive decision making in the Operations and Infrastructure space.
