Centralized API Gateway and Self‑Service Enablement Platform​

Designed and built Self-Service Provider and Consumer Portals with phased beta releases and organization-wide rollouts. Created an Engineering Service Layer integrating with Apigee for API marketplace functionality. Built a master document repository for Engineering APIs and enabled cross-org API reuse spanning eSIM, communications, and IoT services.
