Engineering an Agile Service Portal

Aditi partnered with the client to co-create a custom-built, web-based portal designed to bring structure, accountability, and agility to service lifecycle governance. But the vision extended far beyond just replacing spreadsheets—it was about transforming the way the enterprise managed and scaled its services organization-wide.

  • Purpose-Built Delivery Model:
    Aditi deployed an 11-member development team operating from its Raleigh Solution Center, including a project manager/UX developer, UI developer, QA lead/Scrum Master, and eight Java/JavaScript developers. Working in Agile sprints, the team delivered monthly releases, integrated GitHub Ticketing for streamlined communication, and adapted in real time to the client’s evolving requirements.

  • Flexible Tech Stack & Scalable Architecture:
    Using Java, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Oracle, Aditi built a platform that was not only intuitive and responsive but also scalable and robust enough to connect with other critical applications across the service catalog.
