Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive & execute on revenue and sales Quota goals through effective management of account/pursuit plans, business development, internal collaboration strategies & account plan execution.
- Prospect, establish, lead, and grow relationships with key client personnel & teams (Principle, Director, VP & C-Level) within the client account, focused on engineering & IT Services solutions.
- Maintain regular communication (Update activity in CRM) with the Sales Leader to keep him/her abreast of account progress & evolve account execution plan.
- Target the right clients, grow a quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
- Individuals in this role will:
- Manage and close opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Be responsible for the establishment of a win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, complex deal shaping, management of client interactions and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.
- Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the growth of Aditi.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate strong leadership abilities including innate capacity for strategic thinking, creativity, intellectual curiosity, and a relentless drive for delivering success. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of sales and account management experience
- IT staffing and/or full desk IT recruiting experience is a must

Content Strategist
Aditi Consulting is looking for a passionate, creative Content Strategist that will help propel and advance our evolving brand. In this role, the Content Strategist will be a key member of the team responsible for generating timely, high-quality, and persona-relevant content for Aditi Consulting prospects, clients, and consultants.
You'll partner with the VP of Marketing and Demand Gen Manager to develop a full-funnel marketing approach. You will handle the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy to drive pipeline, upsell, cross-sell and build on our thought leadership. You will partner with other marketing team members and cross-functional colleagues to ensure we are crafting the right stories in the right formats across all stages of the client journey. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class content and campaign engagement that helps to amplify the brand and advance our content strategy

MSP Sales Director
Aditi Consulting is looking for an MSP Sales Director to expand Aditi’s IT & Engineering MSP Client base throughout the U.S. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining mid-senior level Client relationships and acquiring new accounts.

- Actively prospect and leverage potential new MSP business opportunities

People Operations (Ops) Manager
The People Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day Human Resources activities while carrying out the strategic vision of the team leaders. Core areas include operational processes, employee relations involving recruiting, culture cultivation, and staff engagement.
To succeed in this position, you’ll need to possess a high standard of ethics, proficiency in computers and HR technology, knowledge of human resources laws and regulations, and payroll/HRIS systems.
Ultimately, you’ll carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment/employment advisement, and affirmative action and employment law compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Aditi Consulting is up-to-date and compliant with federal, state, and local legislation.
- Establish a People Ops strategy and supporting policies to ensure both Aditi Consulting and its employees are positioned and protected for successful operations and growth.
- Operationalize People Ops systems for growth and scale.
- Implement and drive department objectives, and key results in support of the People Ops success metrics.
