This Policy explains, broadly, what kind of information we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it, and the rights you, the information subject, may have over that information.

We take reasonable precautions, including encryption, to ensure that your data is secure. However, no system is perfect, and we are unable to guarantee that hacker(s) will not be able to penetrate our systems.

If you need additional clarification or if you would like to exercise your privacy rights described below, contact privacy@aditiconsulting.com. This Policy may be updated from time to time. • Children’s Privacy

This website should only be used only by persons 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information about or from persons under 18. If we become aware that information about a person under 18 has been collected or stored on our systems, we will promptly use commercially reasonable efforts to delete the information. If you are the legal guardian or parent of a person under 18 and believe that we have collected their personal information, please contact us at privacy@aditiconsulting.com, or write or call us at the contact information below.

  • Information Collection and Use

Generally, the information we collect depends on what you do on our website. Where we can, we will explain to you why we would like to collect your information.

Certain technical information is automatically collected from all visitors to our website. This is information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, computer operating system name, browser type, domain names, access times, referring website addresses, and the pages on our website that you visit.

In common with many other websites, we use cookies for tracking and reference purposes. A cookie is a small, unique identifier that is exchanged between our servers and your browser. Our use of cookies is described below in the section titled “Cookies and Tracking Technologies”.

If you share additional information with us, such as through a contact form or request for information, Aditi may use your personally identifiable information to respond to your requests, and to inform you of other products or services available from Aditi and its affiliates. Aditi may also contact you via surveys to conduct research into your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. Should you wish not to be contacted, you may opt out of being contacted for these services.

If you are a client or supplier, we may collect contact information as well as specific information you share with us in a business transaction, such as information about your company, representatives, products, services, and billing details to help us engage with you.

With respect to current employees and candidates for employment, Aditi will collect personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, home or work address, telephone number, professional credentials and skills, education and work history, and other information typically found on a resume. We may receive this information directly from you, or through a third party, such as a recruiter . Aditi will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law, or law enforcement, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Aditi or the website; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Aditi; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of employees of Aditi, or the public.

We may also collect “sensitive personal information” (SPI) from you. The specific definition of SPI varies from state to state in the United States, and from country to country. Generally, though, SPI includes name, address, contact information, governmental identity numbers, race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, union membership, membership in professional or trade associations, health information, including any disabilities.

If you are employed by Aditi, some of your SPI will be required in order for us to pay you and properly report to the relevant authorities. These are legal requirements and do not require your consent. If we are able to provide the service, and you so elect, Aditi may directly deposit any payments due to your designated account. The information needed to do that is SPI and by authorizing us to make these direct deposits you consent to our using the appropriate SPI relating to your designated account.

  • Information Sharing and Purpose

Aditi only uses your information for its business purpose of providing qualified consultants to assist our clients. Aditi does not and will not sell any individual’s information and will share it only with our subsidiaries and required service providers and clients, where applicable, and only if consent is provided by you for such use and provided the recipient has agreed to keep such information confidential.

As a global organization, information we collect may be transferred internationally throughout Aditi’s worldwide organization. The personal information you share with Aditi may be transferred, stored, or processed in any country where we have facilities or service providers with whom we have a contractual relationship to protect the confidentiality and integrity of that information with appropriate technical and organizational measures. If you are a resident of a country that requires special contractual terms or approvals prior to any such transfers, we will comply with those laws.

Any service providers with whom we share information are obliged to only use that information for the purposes specified in the contract. They are also obliged to protect the integrity and confidentiality of the information and securely remove it when the purposes are complete.

By using our website, you agree that such data transfer may take place. If you have concerns about your information and its possible use in countries other than your country of origin, contact privacy@aditiconsulting.com to learn more.
